A new line of shale-concrete jewelry made with an African twist. We researched how indigenous jewelry was made in various African countries. The very talented artists sun baked their clay and other mud-based pottery till it became hard as a rock. Some dried it out over a hot flame. We were impressed by their ingenuity and their sense of flair…especially since it related to being natural to Mother Earth.

I got an email from a bride-to-be. She wanted to get married in the woods like her favourite characters in the popular movie Lord of the Rings:
She told me she already had the dress and the location but needed to “finish” off her look. I came up with a rustic woodland soap of orange pekoe with whole cloves smoked in Texas Cedar. The scent is mild, a bit masculine and utterly delicious! Unscented for sensitive skin, the lather is thick and rich. Whole cloves exfoliate the skin naturally and the faint scent of cedar is a pleasing unisex fragrance. The handcrafted bird’s nest I made for her ring bearer completed the look.
When I showed her the finished product, she swooned!

My husband inspired me to make this delicious, thick, creamy, vegan creme. After hearing many shouts and grunts coming from the bathroom during his morning routine, I knew it was time to make him something special. I formulated this rich creme from raw Cocoa Butter and my own soap recipe. Whipped to a delightful confection, it glides smoothly over the toughest whiskers and leaves your skin soft and supple!

We went to the beach…in Jamaica!
